Health issues
Remember I’m not a medical professional so anything stated below is only what I believe and any medical advice should be discussed with your physician. So let’s talk about our health. I am an older woman at 52 years old, I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for many years now. Right now I’m struggling. A little over a year ago I had to have a hysterectomy because cancer cells were found. Today I had a check up and have to have one every year until 2029 apparently to check if the cancer is gone.

Cancer
I guess I just had my head in the clouds because I didn’t think of that. It’s not like I even thought that “oh that won’t happen to me “. I truly didn’t think about it. I’m not one to really think about my health. Not that I don’t care about myself but life is just so busy all the time you know? It gets so crazy! 😜

Healing
So now I have some thinking to do. I don’t feel like I should go on the way I have letting life get so busy that I don’t take care of myself. I’ve exercised, meditated, and been trying to eat better. Obviously I haven’t done enough since I haven’t kept going with anything. So tell me what you do for self care? Do you talk to someone, meditate, be a vegetarian, or do your nails? I know that there are many things that you can do and it all can be unique to you and what makes you feel the best about yourself.

Healing yourself
This is what I have used before for exercise on YouTube. The biggest thing is to listen to them when they say to go at your own pace! I really over did it in the beginning.

However keep in mind that there are many different ways to de-stress and do some self care! There are so many videos and articles out on self care that it can seem daunting but just keep looking! You’ll find what helps you in the end! I’m still searching myself! 😂🤣

So please remember to cherish every single moment of every day! Remember to say I love you and give hugs instead of getting irritated that you’ve been interrupted yet again, lol and give a phone call or text to let them know your thinking of them!
